Being a foodie, I'm on a number of email lists for recipes. Imagine my surprise when I got this from
Epicurious today. It is nice to see mainstream recipe sites look at food allergies. Maybe,
Cooks Illustrated could do a recipe or two, too. Oh, and Alton Brown does have a fantastic
chocolate chip cookie recipe. They are best if you let the dough sit in the fridge for a day or two before baking them.

he may have a great chocolate chip cookie recipe...but you know - i've met him. he was either having a really shitty day, or is just a jerk.
mmmmm cookies.
Let me know how the experiments turn out for you. Will has a wheat sensitivity and I'd love to have some good alternatives! The pollen here has been so bad all three of us have had puffy eyes and runny noses for 2 weeks!
I'm still upset that AB was a jerk, but then again maybe he thought he would be recognized! :) He still has awesome recipes though!
Eliza, I will definitely get some recipes to you. I found a flour mix that I like, but am starting to modify. I used it to make biscuits and even M ate them! The pollen has been terrible up here too. I got back from the beach yesterday and by lunch today my little gray car was completely yellow. I'm on my inhaler and taking allegra. I can't wait until tree pollen is gone!
